The duration of processing and delivering orders to the shipping company is one to two working days maximum

Orders are delivered within the city of Riyadh within one or two business days, and it takes 3-7 business days to ship and deliver orders to the rest of the Kingdom.

Shipping and delivery fees:

The delivery and shipping fee is 23 RS, including tax. We would also like to note that this price is not fixed. You can find out the price directly on the payment page.

Cash on delivery payment:

You can choose cash on delivery payment service for an additional fee of 10 riyals, including tax.

Geographical coverage of shipping and delivery:

Shipping is made to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

• It should be noted that the customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is completely intact
• We also confirm that if the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer not responding, repeated postponement, or an error in the address entered, the customer will bear the shipping cost according to the store’s policy.
• If the shipping company is unable to deliver the order on the specified date due to the customer, the be smart store does not bear any responsibility.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to easily track the status of your order.
