Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our goal, which is what we are keen on at the be smart store, so only damaged or non-compliant products can be returned to the order. We would like to emphasize that broken or incorrectly used products cannot be returned or exchanged. In line with state regulations.
Method of return and exchange

Refund period:
After the product reaches us and its condition is verified, the amount will be returned or the product replaced within 7 working days.
Return fees:
- be smart store bears the return fees (for products damaged by the store or not matching the customer’s request).
The customer bears a return fee of (25) riyals, which is deducted from the value of the product to be returned in the following cases:
- In the event that the customer wishes to return the returnable products so that they are intact, in their original condition, and in conformity with the order.
- In the event of no response to the shipping company representative.
Replacement fee:
– The customer shall bear the shipping fees for returning the replaceable product at a value of (25) riyals and after the product arrives to us and verifies its condition, The customer is contacted to choose the alternative product, and then the shipping fees for sending the alternative product are calculated on the customer’s account at a value of 20 riyals within Riyadh and 25 riyals for the rest of the cities.
Cash on delivery fees:
The cash on delivery service is a paid service worth (15 riyals) in exchange for the customer receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and you wish to return, its value is deducted from the total amount paid for the customer to benefit from it.
– The customer has the right to cancel the order and get its full value back if the status of the order is pending (before starting to execute it and packing and leaving the product). If the order is executed and the bill of lading is issued, the order will be canceled and the amount will be returned after deducting (25) riyals for the bill of lading fee.
– If the customer orders a package (a group of products) and wants to return part of the products, the value of the remaining products is calculated at their basic price, not the price of the package.
– If the customer requests a return for the first time, the return will be accepted according to the store’s policy. If he orders the same products again, the return request will not be accepted for the second time.
Note: The customer must return the free gifts (if any) if he wants to return the order in full according to the store’s policy.
Note: The product must be delivered to the shipping company’s office within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt of the policy to the customer, Therefore, be sure to check the messages sent to you when you request for retrieval.
Note thatBe Smart store sends a paid bill of lading to the customer within a maximum period of 3 working days to deliver it with the product to the shipping company.
